I had a rough day before stopping into AMBA Mediterranean Grill today, and honestly, Mo and Danny completely turned it around. These guys were awesome super friendly, welcoming, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. The food is seriously delicious. I get the steak shawarma bowl every time, and yes, it’s a little extra…$2 but it’s worth every penny. The portions are HUGE, the ingredients are fresh, and there are so many great options if you’re trying to eat healthy without sacrificing flavor. The steak shawarma is 🔥. They also let me try a sample of the gyro today, and WOW. It tastes different than your typical gyro & incredibly flavorful and tender. Definitely something I’ll be getting next time. And if you’re looking for a deal, Tuesdays are a killer deal: buy one bowl, get the second bowl 50% off. These bowls aren’t small, so that’s a great value. If you’re an LA Fitness member, you can also get 10% off, which is a great perk. I always compare places like this to Chipotle, but honestly, AMBA is like Chipotle’s healthier, more flavorful Mediterranean cousin. 😂 The variety, quality, portions, and freshness are all on point. Bugs in my food. Absolutely disgusting, will no longer be coming here. Insanity biting into my baklava and having dead ants on my tongue Update: I was offered a refund on only part of my food. Obviously I should just eat the other half of the food with bugs on it too right? Unbelievable...

This was me and my husband's first time here and it was so good! Great portion sizes and so tasty! We decided to try mediterranean food for the very first time and im so glad we chose Amba! The sauce selection is great, too. We both got the tawook chicken wrap, customized for us both! Loved the sauces! The zhog sauce was what i got and it was amazing! My husband got the hot harissa vinagarette and loved it as well! We will be back for the same thing and to try more! The bowls and strawberry dubai chocolate cup are definately next! Also the staff was super friendly! That plays a big part in why we will be returning. If youre looking for delicious, fresh, clean food, definately come here!

Was genuinely impressed by the simplicity of the menu paired with bold, delicious flavors. The restaurant offers a great selection of wraps and bowls, with a wide variety of halal meats alongside solid vegetarian options. We tried the shish tawook and falafel wraps—both packed generously with fresh ingredients of our choice and perfectly toasted on a flat-top grill, adding that extra layer of flavor and texture. The fresh-squeezed lemonade was a standout—bright, refreshing, and an absolute must-try. Overall, a fantastic spot for middle eastern food!

The Chicken Bowl with extra protein was absolutely delicious and incredibly satisfying. The falafel was fresh and flavorful, easily some of the best Mediterranean food I’ve had. As always, the staff is consistently polite and courteous, making every visit a pleasure. My only complaint is the recent policy change limiting bowls to 3 toppings and 1 dip. Previously, having 5 toppings and 2 dips felt like the perfect balance for the portion size. I really hope they bring back the original options to restore that excellent value. Despite the new restrictions, the quality of the food remains top-notch!
